A stretch of beach that has an area of approximately 44.7 hectares, is one of the alternatives for tourists to visit. To reach this beach, tourists can use the two-wheeled or four wheel vehicle overland by taking a 1.5 hour, or about 16 km trip from Pangkalan Bun, West Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan.
The location of Tanjung Penghujan Beach is situated between Keraya village and the Bogam bay, Kumai district. On the way to this place, travelers will be treated to views of natural rain forest and the monkeys that roam freely. The condition of the beach is still very original, with vast stretches of white sand and palm trees lined up add to the beauty of this beach.
Tanjung Penghujan beach itself included in the coastal cluster of Bugam Raya, which will also include the Kubu beach , Tanjung Keluang beach and Keraya beach.
